All our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. All products include a user guide that describes proper installation and environmental conditions. Products may not be warranted if installed incorrectly or connected to improper electrical voltages.
That said ... if you have improperly installed, accidentally connected wrong voltage, or incorrect polarity and the product no longer functions, please contact us and let us know. We strive to supply a robust product and would welcome the information so that we may enhance the design of our products to prevent such an occurrence in the future.
