Snowball Creek Beta-Test Program
Snowball Creek Electronics is looking for a few brave souls to take part in our Beta-Test program, with the purpose of installing, operating, and providing feedback for some of our new products. Participation is limited.
New products that are part of this program are (09-May-2026);
- LCC USB (Computer to LCC connection device w/DCC decoder)
- LCC Power-Mon (LCC Power Node & Monitor)
- Crossing-Gate Controller (single or multi-track crossing)
- LCC I/O32+ (32-bit I/O board)
Not all devices are available immediately as they are in various stages of development. Please let us know what device(s) you are interested in.
To apply for this program; Please contact us via email at the link below. Please describe your layout in general, and supply at least one photo. Please tell us what controllers and other electrical control systems you are using, such as DCC, LCC, Loconet, etc.

- Receive a free prototype product
- A device will be shipped to you, free of charge
- We need your opinions and feedback to improve our products
- You may keep the device, no need to return it
- Install and operate the device
- Provide feedback on installation and operation
- Must have existing layout infrastructure capable of utilizing the product(s)
- Your layout should be large enough and have a diverse array of other devices to verify our product interfaces and 'plays well' with other devices
- You may be asked to perform specific tests or operations to verify features or changes
- Must have enough time to operate the device to fully exercise device functionality
- We need you to put these devices through their paces to find short-comings, bugs, or recomendations for improvements
- Must have enough technical skills to load firmware updates via multiple methods
- You may be asked to load software via LCC or via a computer serial link
- Devices are not guaranteed to operate
- As firmware changes are implemented, device functionality may change
- Your prototype may operate differently than the final product version
